Outlook 2010 is sending spam emails to others who email me and AVS says no issue...

I am running Avast Internet Security Suite.

I am using Outlook 2010 as my email client.

I have a gmail account, work account, and my hotmail account attached to Outlook.

Anytime I do a send/receive command, the status indicator says "Sending 6/6 messages"

Anytime someone sends me an email to my hotmail account, they get a response that says

Subject: Vacation Reply

and the content of the email:

nokiasimlock .......nl/

analysisexamineandrewarmstrong/

I have no idea what this is.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks...

I have the header of that email that is being sent here:

Hi,

Start Outlook in safe mode and see if it can work:

Start > Run, type

Outlook.exe /safe

Click OK.

Best regards.

Hi Rex,

Thanks for advice. I did that, I sent from 5 different email accounts (hotmail, 2 personal domains, gmail), and the gmail account received the spam email.

Any other ideas?
