Outlook 2010 keeps asking for credentials
We are using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2007. About 2 weeks ago, an individual on our domain used his work laptop to log into another domain's email server to receive a homework assignment for his son. Ever since, his laptop has been asking for his credentials
every 10 minutes or so to log into this foreign domain. The popup has the URL of the foreign domain up by the title bar which is how I'm sure it involves that domain.
Can anyone tell me how to stop the logon popups (request for credentials)? I have checked the credentials in User Accounts and found nothing related to this.
Thanks in advance for your insight.

You can try creating a new Outlook profile. Maybe he added a POP/IMAP
connection?
