Outlook 2010 locks up, stops responding problem

I've a User with serious Outlook 2010 problem. The application locks up, stops responding then closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2010. Created new profile but issue comes back in a month. Disabled all of the add-ons. Ran SFC \SCANNOW. Checked the PST file with SCANPST.EXE. Changed antivirus from AVG 2013 Free to MS Security Essentials after running AVG Uninstaller. Scanned it with Malwarebytes, AVG and then with MS Security Essentials.

Nevertheless, the same keeps on happening and I'm at the position which I see no way out other than complete reinstall. The set up is IMAP / SMTP.
