hi all, i have some users have a problem when they open outlook the got the following Cannot Open your Default e-mail Folders, You must connect to Microsoft exchange with the current user profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file. and if remove the use cache mode option i got the following errors cannot open your default email folders. The file C:\Users\ROBERT\AppData\Local\Micrsoft\Outlook\info.ost is not an Outlook data fil i tried to remove and add the profile again not working also tried to configure the profile in another pc still the same errors. note : there is more than one user are configuring this email address, is there any limitations in the number of users who can configure the same profile in different pc's Thanks Tarek Khairy
