I have a user who has encountered the problem of when he sends an email in a larger font size the receiver gets it in a reduced font size.  Many of the people he sends email need the larger font to see the message.  This all happens in Outlook 2010. 

Try to let the recipient receive the message through Web-based Access.

Please also try to check if the user sets any rules to reduce the font size or set zoom setting to 100% under the Tab Message > Zoom section when you view the message.

Besides, please check the recipient would get the same behavior in Outlook safe mode. ("Outlook.exe /safe") If yes, please disable the suspecious add-ins to solve the issue.
