Outlook 2010 reminders not appearing in outlook but appearing on Iphone
A user's outlook reminders are not displaying in the user's outlook account but do appear on his Iphone. I logged into the user's email account from another computer and the same issue is occurring which informs me that the issue is not on his pc. Has anyone come across this issue? Are there settings I can check for the user in exchange or outlook? I also tried the outlook.exe /cleanreminders feature which did not work. The user stated that this issue started 2 weeks ago.  I know settings such as 'Rules and Alerts' are the same for a user no matter which pc they use for outlook. Are there other settings I can check that will be the same for the user's outlook account which may help resolve the issue?

Hi,

1. Try to Login from OWA with the emal users , can you see reminders from there.

2. Outlook | Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Reminder Options | please check whether the Display the reminder option is checked.

3.If the issue persists, please use MFCMAPI to delete the Reminders Folder, then run outlook /resetfolders to recreate this folder.

4.Try to recreate one users profile of the Outlook to check this issue. And make sure the Default Reminder option has been selected on the side of the sender.

5. try this Hostfix for Office 2010 SP1

also check to see if the user has other email accounts they connect to with Outlook such as a shared mailbox or any other mailbox. The corruption could be in one of the other mbx's if so

Remember that both OWA and iPhone only access one MBX at a time- so multiple mailboxes could be the culprit

It appears that the issue was resolved after the user deleted some of his completed tasks in outlook. As soon as they were deleted the reminders started appearing. I know that the tasks do not appear on the Iphone. This is the only difference I know from email in outlook and on the Iphone. The task may have caused an issue.
