Outlook 2011 for Mac problems on Exchange Server 2007
When I open Outlook 2011 for Mac, a login box pops up to put my User ID, password, and domain. There is also an option to save the password to my keychain. No matter if I click "ok" or "cancel" the box will not go away, and will not let
me access my email. I am on Exchange Server 2007.
When I access Outlook from my personal internet at home, I have no problems opening it. But when I open at work, the pop up box will not go away.
I am running Mac OS X version 10.6.6. The pop up box seems like a bug, like something is conflicting with the keychain or Exchange server. Some days I will get the box to go away if I press "cancel" but if I shut down my computer, it will not work
the next time I open Outlook.

Have the outlook 2011 ever worked before?
Does the issue happen to all the outlook 2011 users?
Please reproduce the issue, check the relevant traces in IIS log, and also the application log on the CAS server
Please verify the authentication settings on the /EWS virtual directory on the CAS server
