I've got an issue with a Mac user trying to install Outlook for Mac 2011.  As a charity we can purchase the volume licensing, but when trying to install it asks for a 25 code key, but when going into the volume license centre it says it doesn't require a key?

Wonder if anyone can help?

Did you download installation package from volume license center? It really should not require a product key (as far as I remember)
