In 2013 Outlook Mail, using Safe Senders Only option, Junk Mail options allow Contacts to be considered safe senders.  Now that I have set up Contacts in ICloud, the Contacts folder in empty (because all the contacts are in ICloud Contacts folder), so safe senders no longer include the emails in all of my contacts.  What am I missing?

If the answer is a folder synch add-in, is there one offered that avoids duplicates, and runs automatically?

What the type of email account you are using, POP3 or IMAP?

Can you set the Safe Senders through ICloud web-based Access?

In theory, Outlook would sync the Contact items from Server, please check if they are in another contact folder.
