Outlook 2013: Is there any way to change the background color/theme WITHOUT popping out the message to reply?

I like to create/add extra commands in the HOME Tab from the all the command menu.

I wanted to change background color of the original email when I reply to the message. I know I can do it by popping out the message under OPTIONS tab, but I wanted to add the command to the HOME Tab in Inbox view, so I don't have to Pop Out. But I couldn't find it!!!

Does anyone know if it's doable? If so, where it is?

no, sorry, you cant do that in reading pane compose.
