Outlook 2013 - Message Windows Ribbon Customization
Hello All,
I need help from the experts ;)
I have an user on my organization that wants to customize the ribbon but I am unable to do what it wants.
The request is:
When open a received e-mail, he wants to have an icon on the ribbon that Will open his own calendar to check his availabilty.

As far as I know, this is not possible via Outlook build-in feature. Here are some workarounds we can use:
- Read emails in Reading Pane and enable To-Do Bar Calendar. (View tab > To-Do Bar > Calendar)
- Before handling emails, open your calendar in a new Outlook window. Right-click on the calendar you want to open and select 'Open in new window'. Then, you can view your calendar in the separate window without changing your Outlook from Mail module
to Calendar Module.
- Find a third-party add-in to achieve the goal.

You can ask user before opening that email or after opening that email goto home view of outlook and hover over the calendar to check the meetings and free time. It is known as peek option in Outlook 2013
