A user is sending an email and it holds in the SENT folder for seconds and then it disappears. This is also happening in the DELETE folder. I can not figure out how to fix this. It works perfectly in OWA and from a smart phone, but not on the Outlook client. This is an Exchange environment. All other users work perfectly as well, just this one user.
I have: uninstalled Office and reinstalled, removed and recreated the profile, no auto archiving that I can find.
Need this issue resolved. Thanks.
