When I try to attach a file to an email in Outlook 2013, I get an "Insert File" dialog that is not filled in and hangs. I have deleted network drives that have no drive letter, deleted all network drives, repaired and re-started Office. Nothing seems to work. I can attach files from Explorer, but that does not help me when I forget and I bomb out of an email and have to re-star
