Hi,

I am using outlook for more than one year and I started using outlook 13 since the last six months.

In My mail, during test send/receiving it shows an error "Send test e-mail message: The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: 550 Sender verify failed"

When i send a test mail from my Gmail, it shows " Sending Failed, 550 Quota Exceeded"

Please suggest me a quick solution...

Can you send out an email message from webmail access? If this issue can be reproduced in webmail, it means this issue is not an Outlook client side issue. I'd recommend you contact your mail provider for further assistance.

If this issue only happens with Outlook, please provide the detailed steps you used to set up your emails in Outlook, so that we can check if there is anything incorrect during configuring.
