I have a domain with some IMAP email accounts that works perfectly on every email client other than Outlook 2013. The main problem is that when Outlook syncs the IMAP account, does its send/receive function, it comes back telling me that it's successfully synced the inbox, but it hasn't. Many times, I have received an email in the inbox that Outlook fails to sync. All my other platforms sync the account just fine, which tells me that Outlook is the problem. Also, I have no problem at all with outgoing mail. It's only the incoming mail.
As part of my troubleshooting, I have deleted all Outlook profiles and started from scratch with new profiles. It still has exactly the same issue, so it's not a profile problem.
Any help you can offer is appreciated.
