Outlook 2013 Junk Filter Setup
I took me a while to figure out that Outlook 2013 uses a completely different set of junk mail parameters for EACH email account you have set up. If you click the Junk dropdown with no message open, you are seeing the parameters for your DEFAULT email account only.To access the parameter set for a different email account, open an email message that was sent to that account and then click the "Junk" dropdown in the upper left corner of the ribbon bar. While this can be a useful "feature" it's also a pain in the neck if you typically use multiple email addresses (I have 9 accounts set up in my Outlook 2013). It would be handy to be able to be able to set the Blocked Top-Level Domain List for ALL accounts at one time and then "fine tune" it for each account, if necessary. The same is true for the Blocked Senders list. Clicking this option should prompt for (1) This account only or (2) All accounts. Does anyone know where to access the Junk Filter parameters? Registry? Config file?

Hi,

As you have known, in Outlook 2013, Junk E-mail settings are stored on a per-account basis, we can't change this so far.

I tried to capture the registry key settings of Safe Senders and Blocked Senders by Process Monitor, but failed.

Basically if you want to use the same Safe and Blocked lists for all your accounts, you need to use the "Export to File" and "Import from File" buttons on each tab to copy over these lists.
