Outlook 2013 Not receiving emails
I purchased a new computer and just set it up on Monday. We have attempted several times to setup Outlook. It has a copy of the emails sent and deleted from my ISP network but does not receive emails. The emails come through on my old computer and other
devises but not on the new computer. I tried not turning on the old computer and they still do not come through on the new computer. The new computer goes through the test without any problems. After two days of working on this, I have concluded that I need
help.

Type (POP, Imap etc) of email account involved?
If POP, is the old computer configured to "Leave messages on server"?
