I have a issue on Outlook 2012 Std on windows 7 system.

Outlook 2013 RMS Permissions button missing from ribbon can you please let me know how to fix this.

have you already downloaded the RMS client?.

Outlook -> New Email -> FILE -> Set Permissions -> Connect to Rights Management Servers and get templates

I confirm Don's answer that RMS Features required Office Professional Plus OR the Outlook as standalone license. with Office Standard Edition, you have only the viewing rights.
