Switch your profile from Exchange cache mode to online to check the result.
Make sure there is no filter setting in your mailbox.
We may try these:
Check for pst/ost-file corruptions (Use Scanpst.exe tool)
Disable and then re-enable the file for indexing
Rebuild the index in Control Panel > Index > Advanced.
Reinstall the Windows Search feature in Control Panel > "Turn Windows feature on or off"
