Hi all,

I'm searching with Outlook 2013 and search immediately finds results but only from >1 week away from Today - it takes almost 5 minutes for it to then add results from the past 7 days

Does anyone know what can be causing this? It makes search pretty unusable unfortunately

Switch your profile from Exchange cache mode to online to check the result.

Make sure there is no filter setting in your mailbox.

We may try these:

 Check for pst/ost-file corruptions (Use Scanpst.exe tool)
 Disable and then re-enable the file for indexing
 Rebuild the index in Control Panel > Index > Advanced.
 Reinstall the Windows Search feature in Control Panel > "Turn Windows feature on or off"
