I am having an issue with the social connector for one of our employees.

It's showing the right photo but incorrect name. The name is of a very old employee whose email address was setup as an alias but removed later on. Any suggestions as to how I might be able to get it to display the right name? Re creating the profile would be last resort as the person has a massive mailbox.

Hi,

Has the contact been saved in the Outlook Contacts folder? If not, try to save it as an Outlook contact, then check the name in the contact information. If it is incorrect, change it to the correct one, check if the problem persists.

If you want to try with a new profile, you can still keep the old one just in case some data is lost.
