Outlook 2013 Window rendering Problems
Whenever I restore Outlook from the system tray, several parts of the Outlook window are missing as shown in my attached screenshot (well, I would have attached one if the feature worked).  I have to drag the window around a little bit to force a redraw before the window will draw completely.  This happens both with and without graphics hardware acceleration.  Is there a fix so I'm not constantly having to drag the window around my screen? This is in Windows 8.1.

Hi,

Does this only occur to Outlook? How about other programs?

Based on the description, it seems like a display issue, so switching hardware graphics acceleration is worth a try.

Here are some other suggestions:

1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the Run dialog, press Enter.

This will start Outlook with no add-ins loaded, if there is no such issue, disable the suspicious add-ins to check the result.

2. Right click on "This PC", click "Properties" -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced tab -> Performance, Settings button -> Select "Adjust for best performance" ->OK. Check if the problem persists. This will help determine whether the problem is associated with some appearance effect in Windows.

3. Make sure the Display Driver has been updated to the latest.
