I want to start Outlook 2013 minimized in the system tray when Windows 10 boots. I have 'Hide When Minimized' checked and that does work. I then added the Outlook 2013 link into the current user's startup folder (RUN shell:startup). I right-clicked on the Properties of the link and the Run combo box is set to 'Minimized'. However, when I restart, Outlook 2013 always comes up as a normal window.
