Outlook 2013 and blank emails

I have installed outlook 2013 and all emails that are received have the title but content is blank.

Windows 7 -

Running Norton Internet Security 2012 and have turned of mail scanning - No difference.

Turned off all addins in Outlook - no difference

Can view the emails fine in webmail.

Test messages also come through blank.

Any help would be appreciated as it is so frustrating to get new software only for it not to work as expected!!

I have since uninstalled Norton Internet Security, still same issue with blank emails

Sorry for the delay responding.

Could you view the content from option "View Source"?

If you use any customized forms currently, please set it back default one to check the result.

Anyway, please also run Outlook in safe mode. ("Outlook.exe /safe") to check if the issue would be gone.

the same incident in Outlook 2013, not present in Outlook 2010. Reinstall Outlook but does not work

In case somebody else runs into this annoying issue and even reinstalling won't help. Try running Outlook as an Administrator (right click, run as administrator) that seemed to solve my "all emails are empty" dilemma...
