Outlook 2013 called SCANPST when trying to drag and drop messages to a PST file

I have multiple PST files in which to to break out my saved messages, based on category.  Since upgrading to Office 365 and installing Outlook 2013, when dragging and dropping messages to folders, one or more of my PST files crashes EVERY DAY, and demands to run SCANPST.  Some times the PST files demands I run SCANPST more than once until it will allow me to access folders in it.   Invariably, nothing bad is found.  But incessantly having to exit Outlook and run SCANPST  interferes greatly in my routine.

Note that I rebuilt all of the PST files during the upgrade, and moved the files to them, so they are all the current format.

Prior to upgrading to Outlook 2013 I've rarely had any trouble with PST files.

What's the size of PST you have? If date file is larger than 4GB, I recommand that you separate it.

Seems that you have tried to copy&move all items from old PST to the new creating PST. The data file might not be the root of issue for this case. In this situation, I recommand that we run Outlook in safe mode (Type "Outlook.exe /safe" in safe mode) and check if the crash issue still persists. If the issue would be gone, please disable the suspecious macros and add-ins.

In addition, please make sure that you have fully patched Office/Windows update currently. I was heard that Windows Aero Themes (Windows 7) may causes the crash issue when Outlook 2013 is running. Please change the themes to check the result either.

Feel free to post back. Thanks.
