Server 2008 R2 terminal server enviornment.
Only one printer seems to be effected, a Richo Afico MP 2510. Odd thing is we have several of these throughout our company and only one causes issues. They are all the same model and we use the same drivers for all of them.
I have tried
- Deleting and recreating printer
- PCL6 / PCL5e / PCL 6 Universal drivers
- Every printer setting under the sun
- Deleting users OutPrnt file
- Recreating Outlook profile
Another odd thing I've noticed is that when I change the print driver it will work for a few days with no issue, but the problem always comes back.
When Outlook crashes an event is logged:
Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 15.0.4535.1006, time stamp: 0x5232c18a

Not really sure if this an Outlook issue or a printer issue but I'm leaning towards Outlook as we never had a problem before upgrading to Office 2013 (we used 2003 before that)
