Outlook 2013 does not detect new emails

Hi,

Outlook 2013 (all updates) with IMAP server 993 (SSL), root folder path: "INBOX.", timeout 1 minute

Scenario:

1. Emails are sent since user closes Outlook at end of day

2. Next day: start computer, open Outlook

3. No new mail, even though mails were sent overnight

4. Half a day later Outlook fetches emails like nothing happened

Thunderbird is working, also web clients.

Please see log for not detecting new emails.

Last is log after I clicked several times in between Send/Receive, Inbox and Sent, then it sees new emails. If you click only on Send/Receive it does not detect new emails.

Hi,

Based on the description, Thunderbird is working, and you can make it finally work if you press the Send/Receive several times, so I don't think there is any block at the network level.

One possible cause of the issue is that the send/receive settings are corrupted. The settings are saved in a .srs file, please find it and rename it to "old", Outlook will generate a new one the next time it starts.

The location of the .srs file is:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

Hi,

I rename the .srs file but it did not work. I also changed to 143 TLS, deleted root folder path and left delete options unchecked.

Where is the problem ?
