Same problem with Outlook 2013 in XenApp 6.5 sessions on Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
versions in use:
Excel/Word: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 12.0.4518.1014
Outlook: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 15.0.4420.1017
I'm unable to reproduce the issue which complicates troubleshooting but we get ~10 reports per day from users at remote offices experiencing Receiver 4.x business app session freezing up after sending an email through Outlook. We have to either
terminate Outlook.exe in their xenapp session or terminate the xenapp session from the management console to restore responsiveness. Hosted Exchange email over https is in use with cached mode disabled, add-ins disabled, desktop notifications/alerts
disabled.
