One of our users is suddenly having an issue where anytime she moves mail to a new folder her Outlook 2013 client hangs indefinitely.  I've narrowed the cause down to the reading pane.  If the reading pane is turned off the problem is completely resolved.   I also tried disabling hardware graphics acceleration (as I saw some things related to that and reading pane) with no luck.

To complicate matters, this Outlook 2013 installation is on a terminal server shared by many other users.  She is the only one having the issue though.

Any ideas?

this might happen if the email contains characters in another language, I've seen it happen with Japanese characters. If you use OWA, you may just see an error message. You could try switching Outlook to non-cached mode.
