Have been having this problem on and off for a few months now. I have a director who accessed his mailbox from several outlook clients and laptops as well as from mobile accounts. It seems to be happening only from a wireless network too whether connected to the domain locally or working from home.
Sometimes weeks go by and his mailbox is fine but then sometimes for about a week or so he just cannot connect to his mailbox. Connectivity to the server sees fine through ping and tracert is connecting through one hop. Have deleted his profile and re created a couple of times but seems to make no difference. Also tried repair under account setting on the profiles too.
The error code in outlook is 0x8004011D. Have tried safe moed and tried windows clean boot mode but still not working
Thoughts?
