Outlook 2013 pop3 account password error

OS = Win8.1 enterprise, nt4 domain member

Microsof Outlook 2013 mail client configured as pop3 client.

PROBLEM:

If we are logged  to computer with domain account, Outlook can not connect to pop3 server.

Error:  recive mail error: 0x800CCC92,   Server answer: -ERR [AUTH] Authentication failed.

But if we login to computer with local system account, Outlook connect to pop3 mail server without any problems.

For testing we try also with two diferent mail clients.

1. Windows Live Mail: not working if we are logged with domain account.

2. Mozzila Tunderbird: works without any problems with local and domain account

Does anyone know this error, and what is the solution?
