After installing Windows 10 I cannot open Outlook 2013. Among other things, the prompt states that I do not have permission to open outlook files. I have tried copying in pst files, creating a new outlook profile, nothing works.
I had this same issue happen today.
I just get a box that opens that says Microsoft outlook has stopped working.
What can I do to fix?

The Outlook PST files files referred to are under "Network".Ignoring absolutely everything else - PST files are not supported on network drives so they certainly should be moved to a local drive to get that out of the way as any kind of potential issue with Win10. Once that's done - then can pursue any Win10 related issues.
