Hi,
Plz go here www.TestExchangeConnectivity.com and make a test for Outlook Anywhere and put result here.
Outlook Anywhere doesnt work with self signed certificate, so purchase a third part valid ssl cert and enable on your cas web site.

I do not understand, I'll have to buy a valid certificate to operate, using only an internal CA in Windows 2003 does not work?

Hi,
For the external Outlook, it first uses the two predefined url to connect the Autodiscover service to get the relevant use information which includes the external name of Outlook Anywhere.
Thus, you should include the autodiscover.dolcebombom.com.br or dolcebombom.com.br as SAN on the certificate. If the SRV is supported, you can use SRV record to resolve this issue.

Another method is generate a new certificate which includes the corresponding names. If the certificate is generated by own CA, you need to install the root certificate on the client computer.
Thanks
Allen
