Outlook Anywhere - Cannot ping RPC Proxy
I have hit a wall trying to get Outlook Anywhere to work and I am at a roadblock (Outlook 2007, Exchange 2007, fully patched, rollup update 9). The symptom is that when doing the autodiscover it repeatedly asks for the login credentials. The output from testexchangeconnectivity.com is:

Hi,Please open the IIS on the CAS, then locate Rpc Virtual Directory and expand it, right click RpcProxy.dll and selete Browse. Then input the user name and password, finally the blank page should be present.Is the expected blank page showing?ThanksAllen

I am getting a simliar error when running the test exchange connectivity tool:Attempting to Ping RPC Proxy mail.domainname.comAdditional Details Web Exception occurred because an HTTP 404 - NotFound response was received from IIS6 I can browse the rpcproxy.dll and see the expected blank page.Any help would be appreciatedThanks,Dwayne L.

when tried in iis to go to that rpcproxy.dll url and enter username and pwd, I do get blank page.

Chandra, the resolution in my case was the following:
