Hi Papp,
Base on my knowledge, there is no any built-in function in exchange support two-factor authentication for Outlook Anywhere.
However, I found a link, it shows that there is a method for Outlook Anywhere adds two-factor authentication to the Outlook logon process:
http://www.deepnetsecurity.com/solutions/outlook/anywhere/
Please note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. And the changes made in the above blog is not supported officially by Microsoft.
Hope it helps,
Best regards,
Hello,
Outlook Anywhere doesn't natively support two-factor authentication from Microsoft. There may well be third party tools that address this issue for you.
Thanks,
Nathan
