Outlook Anywhere Issue
Hi to all members, I've just registered in this forum hoping some of the experts here might give an advice =)
We've setup an email server using Exchange 2007 SP3. Operating system is: Windows Server 2008 SP1. We were required to make Outlook Anywhere functional. Yes, we were able to make it work as in users can send/receive but a problem was found out everytime they
hit "reply all", an error message appears which is on the link below:

As you can see on the picture, connection status is on https but the local directory is not found.
Appreciate any feedbacks on this from the experts and thanks in advance.

No images shown, because you are linking to images on a forum that doesn't allow them to be shown outside of their forum.
You will need to post the error text instead.

Hi,
From your description, I know that after I configure outlook anywhere, the users can send/receive emails normally but the reply all function doesnt work. So, I suggest you can check the following to narrow this issue:
<1>Check whether all users have this issue
<2>Check the result when this user use forward function
<3>Check whether OWA has this issue
<4>Check whether this user has this issue in other computer
<5>Recreate outlook profile and then check the result
Hope it helps.

Hi,
From your description, you can check whether outlook works when clean installing of Office 2010 from media.
Besides, because Environment Variables are not currently supported today when using Template or MSP, which will possibly cause this issue. So do not configure MSP or Template using Environmental Variables. This is for all 3 sections related to OAB, OST and
PST. For the error itself above, we found if environmental variable used for OAB download location, it will not be downloaded and once you get in that state, you will receive the error even after you tried to download the OAB manually. The only way to avoid
that error is by not using Environmental Variable when you configure the Build thru MSP or Template.
Hope it helps. If the issue still occurs, please let us know.
Thanks
