Outlook Anywhere not working after TMG Deployment

We have a serious issue in that some people are no longer able to communicate with Exchange using Outlook Anywhere after TMG was deployed. The configuration was carried over from ISA 2006 and was tested before being put into production with no issues.
Now that it is in production a few people can no longer connect or create a new mailbox profile whilst hundreds of others are perfectly fine. Everyone was working fine up until TMG was implemented. We are still troubleshooting the problems but were hoping
someone knows of an issue. The issue being see is that the client is continuously prompting for credentials but not for everyone. We are running Exchange 2007 on the backend and no client changes or Exchange changes have been made at all.

Whoops panic over - this was down to an incorrect certificate setting, very strange that some OL clients could connect without any issues. The cert was a wild card cert which had been incorrectly applied to the listener.
