Hi, Is there any certificate installed on ISA server? 1. Please try to browse Http://webmail.xxx.com /rpc/rpcproxy.dll internally. We need to narrow down the root cause of the issue. If we can browse that url, then we assume it could be the ISA related issue. 2. Please follow the article below to check the configuration on ISA. http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Outlook-Anywhere-2007-ISA-Server-2006.html 3. Please run Test-OutlookWebServices from Exchange Management shell and post the output here. 4. Please use RPC ping to check the connectivity between Exchange Server and client. Besides, please try to create a rule for Autodiscover and allow anonymous access. http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/Publishing-Exchange-2007-Outlook-Autodiscover-2006-ISA-Firewalls.html More related information share with you: Troubleshooting RPC over HTTP Communications http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124649(EXCHG.65).aspx How to use the RPC Ping utility to troubleshoot connectivity issues with the Exchange over the Internet feature in Outlook 2007 and in Outlook 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831051 Publishing Exchange Server 2007 with ISA Server 2006 http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb794751.aspx Best regards, Xiu
