Outlook Calendar
We have a company car that is booked by staff members and it has its own dedicated calender for booking. I have sent a "meeting request" to the car for a booking - the meeting is in my calendar but is not appearing in the car calendar on my PC - but it does appear on my colleagues PC. Help please

Hello, Does the appointment appear in OWA when you look at the car's calendar? Bill

Hello, I am not quite understand your question. Do you mean: You invited your colleague to use the Car. So you send a meeting request to the colleague and the location is the “car”. The issue is, the colleague can see the meeting request is present on the “car’s” calendar but you cannot. If I misunderstand, please let me know. For a quick solution, if you can view the cleaner via “Outlook Web App (OWA)”, you can run the following command to update the free/busy information for your Outlook client: 1. On the Start menu, click Run. 2. Input "Outlook.exe /safe" (without the quotation marks) and click OK. 3. Please check if the issue persists. Thanks, Simon
