Outlook Client Access without VPN Connection

Hey folks,

Running Server 2010 and 2010 Outlook Clients.

Until recently, we were able to access Exchange with our Outlook clients without the aid of a VPN connection.

We do have OWA access, but we did lose the ability to consistently connect with Outlook unless we have VPN active.

I could use some thoughts on this.

thanks

Hi,

If you want to use outlook then configure outlook rpc over http profile. For that, you have to install SSL certificate and enable outlook anywhere.

Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

I am assuming you have SSL cert and you already enabled the Outlook Anywhere, please make sure your RPC is working fine, you can go IIS -> Sites -> Default Web Site -> RPC the click on Brows 127.0.0.1:443 after entering your credential you should get a Blank page also make sure your Autodiscover is working fine you can test it out on https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
