Outlook Disconnected

Hello all,

currently we are migrated Exchange server 2010 to 2013, and after migration we are facing outlook disconnected issue. wait I will explain my issue, actually we are using ithelpdesk domain user for common purpose for IT support team, but we are unable to open ithelpdesk outlook profile on more than 7 pc at a time, but previously in Exchange server 2010 we are able to open ithelpdesk outlook profile on more than 10 pc at a time.

if I close any connected profile and open new profile in another pc it works fine.

my question is is there any limitation for this in Exchange server 2013 ?

please help me. thanks in advance.

Hi Prashant,

please check the settings of the throtteling policy applied to your mailbox.

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/jj945066%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx#bk_PolicyCmdlets

It seems you had some kind of client throtteling policy that you may need to change

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd297964%28v=exchg.141%29.aspx#defaultnondefault

Please notice from the article above that there are some defaults that may affect you if you had a lot of client computers that require parallel access to the mailbox.

Please check the output of get-throttlingpolicy | fl identity,*rpc*,*ews*    for limits.

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd351264%28v=exchg.150%29.aspx

If only a group of  users is affected, you may consider creating a new throttling policy instead of changing the default one.

Please let me know if it worked!

Martin

Dear S.Nithyanandham,

I check provided link and increase  RcaMaxConcurrency to 300, but my problem is not resolved, previously it was 40.

Thanks & regards,

Prashant
