Hi, Im trying to attach a signature which is a .gif image to my mail.The moment i try to do this outlook shuts down with an error message and restarts any ideas asto why this is happening?

Is your e-mail HTML or RTF? If I try to add a .gif file to my signature, I get Active X disabled issues, but that is because this PC is really locked down. I guess I shouldn't but I will. Why are you using a .gif file in your signature? Is it a company logo? I guess complicated signatures are a pet peeve of mine. A lot of companies have security set to not download images in e-mails anyway, so it just makes your messages look junkier to them. A good brief txt signature will get through to more people.
