Hi,I would like to block Exchange 2000/2003 users to set a rule to forward internal e-mail to an external e-mail (Personal E-mail)Is there a way i can setup globally? I have noticed that few users are forwarding companies e-mail to their personal e-mail address.Thanks,Karunakar

Double-click Global Settings, and then click Internet Message Formats.Depending on your configuration, there may be one or more Internet Message Format objects. In the detail pane, right-click the Default object, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. Click the Advanced tab, and then click to clear the Allow Automatic Forward check box. Be aware that if a user manually forward the mail to external address, the mail won't be blocked. I think it's a good idea to disallow the action by company's policy.Frank Wang

Does it give problem to internal auto forwarding also? i tested it but i was not blocking and i do not want to block internal auto forwarding except sending to external e-mails. Regards, Karunakar
