Outlook Free/Busy not working corectlly
Like around a month ago (according to users) free/busy information while setting up a meeting was not showing up correctly. So whats happening is that when you add an invitee calendar will show up some of his meetings but not all of them. I don't see any logic behind which meetings are showen up and which are not. I've tried the same via OWA and it looks like the free/busy info is displayed corrtelly there. This issue affects everyone and the meeting shown in the calendar are the same for everyone.Any ide what might be the cause of that strange behavior? Thanks.Ooops, forgot to add:Exchange 2007 and Outlook XP/2003 (both have the same behavior).

Hi, Whether all the user have this issue or just several users? Whether we have any user who is having Outlook 2007 also has this issue?Whether any error message related to free/busy came up in the event log? Please understand that Outlook XP/2003 uses public folder to retrieve free/busy information rather than Availability Services in Exchange 2007.ThanksAllen
