Please provide more information about your issue. If all users can't connect to this server, please do the following steps to narrow down the issue:
1. Make sure all services are started and running on your Exchange 2010.
2. Create a new profile for the problematic users who are hosted on this Exchange 2010.
3. Is there any error for the failed connection in Outlook
4. Run the Test E-mail AutoConfiguration Tool in Outlook side to check the Autodiscovers service:
Open Outlook - press CTRL key - right click on the Outlook icon from right bottom corner taskbar - Test Email AutoConfiguration. Put your email address - uncheck use guessmart and secure guessmart authentication - click Test to check your Autodiscover service.
