Outlook Mobile Access on Exchange 2003 SP2
In Exchange 2003 SP2 Outlook Mobile Access is Enabled by default. Until we get to Exchange 2010 we are trying to get our Exchange Active Sync usage under control. Is there a way to change the default to Disabled without going to each and every user object properties and under Exchange Features selecting Disable from Enabled?

Stop the ExchangeMobileBrowseApplicationPool in IIS on the Exchange Servers and no one will be able to use it.

I do want people to use Exchange Active Sync, but just didn't want it to be enabled by default. Is there a way to change the default setting under Exchange Features to Disabled for Outlook Mobile Access and then I can go back an Enable the users that we want to be able to connect with their smart phones?

A script will do it: http://blogs.technet.com/b/mjimenez/archive/2007/07/30/how-do-i-programmatically-disable-enable-microsoft-exchange-active-sync-for-all-of-my-mobile-users.aspx
