In my organisation I have two OWA address' 

In Outlook when you go to file, you get the OWA address populated to inform users of the address. Where is this pulled from? E.g. I want to ensure all Outlooks only show a certain OWA address.

All our internal URL's are the same across all servers, just slightly variation in External OWA address'

Hello,

Yes, its pull from the Externalurl on the OWA virtual directory. If the Externalurl is null, it will then turn to internalurl.
