Hi,

I had archive my outlook current PST (PST Size is 47.4 Gb) archive PST size shows 22.3 Gb.But i had issue with current PST size is not reducing how i can reduce.

Could you describe why you cannot reduze the size? are you deleting emails or what are you doing? and what is happening? any error messages?

There are many manual methods to reduce the Oversize Outlook PST File in MS Outlook like Compress PST, Archiving, etc.. You can use Kernel for PST Compress and Compact tool for the compression of Outlook pst file. Goto http://www.compresspst.softwaredatarecovery.net to know about pst compress and compact tool and download the demo tool.
