the same Problem was reportet here w/o Answers (maybe the wrong forum?): Message reply divider line disappears on send

When you click on reply you can see the reply sepparator normaly, but after sending you can look at this mail in send folder and the sepparator is missing.

This occurs in Outlook 2013 and 2010 (with the same mail), so it must have to do with the format in this specific mails.
It happens with mails from gmail in general but also with customer mails (non gmail).

This Bug is very annoying for us, because our central disclaimer solution is looking for this separator line to put the disclaimer at the right position.

Why is Outlook doing this?

According to your post, I understand that separator line disappeared after replay a message and send.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Which Outlook account are you used, Exchange account?
Please ensure the recipient receive message with this separator line. If so, it indicate that the issue is related to sender side.
Try login OWA to check the display of this problematic message, also replay a message for testing.

If this issue only occur on Outlook client, please try run Outlook with safe mode to prevent add-in and virus effect.
If the issue persists, try to upgrade to latest version and re-configure Outlook profile for test.

you understand it right, in the linked Post DexterG hase described this behavior more detailed and with screenshots.

It's an Exchange Account and you can reproduce this behavior on any Client (Win 8.1 + Win 7) and with Outlook 2013 + 2010 (all up to date). I tryed the save mode and here it is also disappear after send, the recipient also dont see the separator. You can test it easily with an email send from an gmail (webmail?), if you try to replay on this.

When i open the mail send from Outlook in OWA i also cant see the separator. But if i replay in OWA (on an problematic mail) the separator line persist (but it looks different / thiker then the Outlook one).
