I have a rule to forward to an address an inbound email with a specific From. it does not work when the email I go to manage rules and run all, it forwards. It was working but now is not. This is the only forward rule I have created. Other flag rules work.

Are you trying to forward to an external address? That is disabled by default at Exchange level.

Triggering the rule manually is allowed which is why it forwards then.

I tried the cmd but it is asking for "Identity", What is that?

After much "google", I found a hint to make Identity an *; it worked

Commands:

Set-RemoteDomain * -AutoForwardEnabled $true

Set-RemoteDomain * -AutoReplyEnabled $true
