Hi,
Is there a reason why the send/receive settings for a user keep resetting anytime they restart their computer. In the organisation some users have a 3 minute interval but that will only remain for the day and as soon as they turn their computer on next morning, the "Schedule and automatic send/receive every...." check box is unchecked. Can't seem to figure out why that is as it's only happening to a small number of users.
Any help would be much appreciated!
